Most foreign cleaners have to undertake a language test to evaluate their understanding of basic health and safety matters. We have stringent procedures in obtaining proof of ID before anyone can start work, along with the necessary proof of nationality.

All newly recruited staff undergo a basic induction to Feather Flickers, and to their site, so that they are aware of the relevant risk assessments, holiday procedures, disciplinary procedures, and all other procedures outlined in our on-site Employment handbook.

Feather Flickers are one of the leading cleaning companies locally and prides itself on helping you reach your career goals. The work is varied and flexible and you wont be tied down to one place all week so there is a lot of variety. Uniform and equipment is provided for you to ensure a professional image. You will earn more than the minimum wage and full training is given.
