Regular Visits
Many of our commercial customers find that arranging for us to visit on a regular basis works well. Usually we tackle a ‘To Do’ list of tasks - replace light bulbs, mount a white board, shift some furniture.

Our company started trading in 2008 and since then we have experienced both growth and change and the result of which has culminated in the split of the company to bring clarity to our product's between the three main area's being Commercial & Domestic Cleaning and Property Maintenance.
Since then our growth has continued steadily, our belief is that all our clients should receive the same high level of service that our existing clients enjoy and this is the reason why we pursue steady growth only.
With our property maintenance service we are open and transparent about our rates and call out charges. What you see is what you buy - no hidden extra's!
Our maintenance team are uniformed and professional and every job we carry out is itemised on our job sheets which we ask you to countersign, this job sheet will illustrate the work completed, the work outstanding, any materials used and the time spent carrying out the work.
We are fully insured as you would expect and take health & safety seriously, our staff receive in house training on safety operations.

Feather Flickers are aware of this and we offer a maintenance service which will prove both time and cost effective to you as an individual or your business.
We offer both a reactive and planned maintenance service for job's of any size.
Our reactive property maintenance rates are as follows:

| Same day call out | £30.00 | £15.00 |
| 1-2 day call out | £25.00 | £15.00 |
| 3 day + call out | £20.00 | £15.00 |

- Don't forget that if it is simply a quote you require then contact us and we will attend site free of charge to provide a quotation broken down into labour and materials for the works you require in 72 hours.
- Our standard mark up on materials is 15% - this covers time spent in the collection and administration of managing materials for your works.
- Require out of hours emergency call out? Our rate for this is minimum 2 hours charge on time plus half on 'within 4 hour call out' rate - our normal working hours are 7.30am to 5.30pm.
- All of our maintenance services are carried out discreetly, effectively and to a high standard by experienced tradesmen.
- We are confident that our service cannot be matched in terms of professionalism, reliability and more importantly price.
- Our general maintenence can cover anything you want it to cover, handyman work, rubbish removal, grounds maintenance - don't worry it's covered!
