Safeguarding the health, safety and welfare of our staff at work is of paramount importance and we strive to provide working environments which are safe and without risk to health.

Our Health & Safety Policy is reviewed several times a year by the Managing Director and external third party advisers.

We have a target of zero accidents on site. To help us achieve this, we have:

  • Robust procedures implemented though effective communication.
  • Policies, regular training programmes and targeted communication for all staff.
  • SSIP Accreditation through SMAS.

We understand the importance of Health and Safety checks to all workers, not just those employed directly on our payroll, so we operate a strict system on each contract to prevent people working in unsafe environments.

We work hard to raise awareness of the risks in our workplace and as part of this we focus on recording hazards and near misses.
